Biocoatings synthesized on magnesium alloy in system Ca3(PO4)2–CaSiO3 by micro-arc oxidation method

Biocoatings were formed on the surface of Mg0.8Ca alloy by method micro-arc oxidation, in an electrolyte containing β-Ca3(PO4)2 (β-TCP) and CaSiO3, When process voltage was varied range 350–500 V, thickness, roughness, mass coatings increased to values 110 µm, 12 11 mg, respectively. The presence following crystalline phases determined coatings: α-TCP, wollastonite, forsterite magnesium oxide. Coatings these compounds not only reduce rate bioresorption alloy, but also promote bone tissue formation.
